Anaheim roofing,
done the careful way.

In Anaheim, CA, ZIP 92805, a roof near the resort core has a very different job than one up in the 92808 foothills, and this city spans both.

Why Anaheim calls us

A roofer you can actually reach.

Everything here is something you can check in five minutes — on Google, on the CSLB site, or by calling the number above.

  • Our office is at 4464 Vista Del Monte Ave, #202 in Sherman Oaks — and we work across Greater Los Angeles, Anaheim included.

  • Every roof is documented by drone, before and after. The full set is yours to keep.
  • Written, itemized pricing — materials, scope, and timeline in writing, never a verbal number.
  • A 10-year workmanship warranty, in writing, on every job.

Our work in Anaheim

What Anaheim roofs are up against.

Anaheim runs hot and dry through the long inland summer, several degrees warmer than the coast, and that thermal load ages a roof here first — south- and west-facing slopes take heavy UV that dries underlayment and strips shingle granules. The bigger seasonal threat is Santa Ana winds, which funnel down the canyons along Santa Ana Canyon Road into Anaheim Hills and across the West Anaheim flatland, lifting edges, peeling tile, and driving embers in fire season. The foothill neighborhoods in 92807 and 92808 carry real fire exposure, where Class-A assemblies and ember-resistant venting matter. Winter rain bursts find every tired flashing, worn valley, and ponding low spot on a flat roof.

Anaheim is a study in contrasts. The 1950s and 1960s tract homes filling West Anaheim and the central flatland in 92801, 92804, and 92805 — the older streets off Lincoln Avenue and around the Anaheim Colony Historic District — were largely built with composition shingle, many now on their second or third roof. The Resort District and Platinum Triangle near Angel Stadium, along the Katella Avenue corridor, run large flat and low-slope TPO and modified-bitumen roofs. Up in Anaheim Hills, the newer estates in 92807 and 92808 favor concrete and clay tile for fire resistance. We work across all of them: heat-rated shingles on the tracts, and TPO on the commercial roofs, and tile with renewed underlayment in the hills.

Roof repair is the most common call in Anaheim. On the West Anaheim tracts off Lincoln Avenue that usually means resealing penetrations, replacing a corroded vent, or rebuilding a leaking valley with new flashing; in Anaheim Hills it more often means resetting tile a Santa Ana event slipped or cracked. We trace the leak to its real source with a drone pass before we quote.

Roof replacement comes due across whole stretches of the Anaheim Colony Historic District and the 92804/92805 flatland at once, because those tracts were roofed in the same era. We tear off, inspect and re-deck where needed, lay fresh underlayment, renew flashings and valleys, and install heat-rated shingle systems sized for inland UV. Tile estates in the hills get a lift-and-reset with new underlayment beneath.

Every stage of our work is photographed by drone so you can see the deck before it's covered. That documentation isn't an extra — it's how we work on every roof.

Anaheim rules that affect your roof

Title 24, fire zones, and old decking — what applies to your house.

We check what applies to your parcel before we quote, and we'll confirm it with the permitting authority for you.

Energy / cool roof (Title 24)

Anaheim sits in California Energy Commission Climate Zone 8. Under Title 24, Part 6, a low-slope or flat roof here must use a cool-roof product (aged solar reflectance of at least 0.63 and thermal emittance of at least 0.75 — roughly SRI 75) when you replace 50% or more of the roof or about 1,000 sq ft or more. Steep-slope (pitched) residential roofs in Climate Zone 8 are exempt from the cool-roof requirement, so standard shingle or tile is fine. Small like-for-like repairs generally don't trigger it. See the California Energy Commission standards and the CRRC directory for rated products.

Fire — hillside parcels

Anaheim's eastern hillside neighborhoods (Anaheim Hills, near the Chino Hills and Cleveland National Forest) are in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone on CAL FIRE's 2025 map, where Chapter 7A requires a Class A roof assembly and ember-resistant construction; the flatter western city isn't. Fire is administered by the Orange County Fire Authority. You can check any parcel on the CAL FIRE hazard-zone viewer.

Decking / sheathing

Many older Anaheim homes were built with spaced 1×6 “skip” sheathing under the original roof. For a modern shingle or tile system — and for a Class A assembly — that decking often has to be overlaid with solid sheathing, and any rotted boards replaced. We confirm exactly what your roof needs with a deck inspection at tear-off, not a guess.

Color & materials

Roof color isn't regulated by code. Where a cool roof is required you need a CRRC-rated product that meets the SRI — and those come in a wide range of colors, not just white.

Financing

Financing available for qualified Anaheim homeowners

You don't have to pay for a roof all at once: financing is available for qualified homeowners, subject to qualification — written itemized pricing first, financing second, never any pressure. And because Title 24 cool-roof products are qualifying energy improvements, a Anaheim re-roof that needs one may also qualify for PACE-style energy financing — ask us and we'll confirm what applies to your property.
