A roof is one of the biggest single investments a
home needs, and paying for it all at once isn’t the only way. Financing is
available for qualified homeowners — subject to qualification by the financing
provider — and for qualifying energy and cool-roof products, PACE-style energy financing
may be an option for your property. Here’s how it works with us, in plain English: written
itemized pricing first, financing second, and never any pressure.

First we inspect — free, on site, with drone documentation — and give you
written, itemized pricing so you know exactly what the roof needs and what it costs.
Only then do we talk about how to pay for it. If financing makes sense for you, we help
you apply with a financing provider. Qualification and approval are decided by
the provider, not by us, and approval is never guaranteed. We don’t quote rates,
terms, or monthly payments — those come from the provider based on your situation, so
anything else would be guesswork.
Financing typically fits larger projects — a full roof replacement, a
re-roof, a tile lift-and-relay — but substantial repairs can qualify too. What we will
never do is push financing on work a roof doesn’t need: the inspection comes first,
always.
PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) finances qualifying
energy-efficiency improvements — including cool-roof systems that meet California’s
Title 24 standards — through an assessment on your property that you repay with your
property taxes rather than a conventional monthly loan bill.
Two honest caveats. First, PACE is program- and
product-dependent: only qualifying energy products (like CRRC-rated cool-roof
systems) are eligible, and availability depends on which program administrators are
active for your property’s jurisdiction. Second, Los Angeles County no
longer administers its own residential PACE program — existing projects are supported
through third-party administrators, and what’s available for NEW projects varies. So we
say it plainly: your project may qualify — and we’ll confirm what actually applies
to your property before you commit to anything. Because PACE is repaid through
your property taxes, it deserves the same careful reading as any financing — we’ll walk
through it with you, not around you.
Where PACE fits best: Title 24 already requires cool-roof products on
flat and low-slope replacements across LA (and on every slope in hot inland zones like
Santa Clarita, Lancaster, and Palmdale) — so if your roof needs a cool-roof system anyway,
it’s worth checking whether that qualifying product opens an energy-financing door.

determined by the financing provider, and approval is never guaranteed. We walk you
through the options after your free inspection, with written itemized pricing first.
